- Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications, tax and employment documentation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive offer and hiring process.
- Partner with the People team and managers to deliver structured onboarding experiences, contributing to early employee engagement and successful integration into the business.
- Lead global mobility framework that ensures compliance with local employment regulation and provides a consistent employee experience.
- Employer Branding
- Contribute to positioning the company as an employer of choice within our industry.
- Create and coordinate employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers platforms and professional communities.
- Continuously enhance the candidate experience across every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Talent analytics
- Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Use recruitment data to identify trends and recommends improvements.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage and hire the talent that will support our growth across Europe. This role goes beyond recruitment, you will build talent pipelines ahead of demand, strengthen our employer brand, improve hiring processes, and partner with hiring managers to ensure we attract high-quality talent. Working closely with the People team and business leaders, you will contribute to making Talent Acquisition a scalable function within a fast-growing international company.
Your talent and knowledge
- 3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or other technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, Italian is a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and growing organisation.
